Joe,
I did that, selecting in a view docs containing $Conflict. I found a document and I deleted it.
I re-created the index and everything went OK.
However, I still get from time to time a message saying that "the index needs to be rebuilt". But if I force the agent again, I don't get the message again.
I will probably copy and re-create the database and its replicas.
I wanna thank you very much again. It's been a great help.
